My work mates and I drove from Markham to Elora to pick something up for work. We drove by and my nose and eyes got hold of Dar's smokers and store front. The smells as we drove by made us come back for lunch!!!
Once in the store all our senses were overwelmed.
We had Jerk wings and sausage rolls for lunch!!!! Wow!!! Amazing flavors!!!
We said to each other we will all come back!!!

I would highly recommend Dar's Country Market. We shop there often and always have a positive experience there. They cary a wide range of local meats, baked goods, spices and fresh produce.
They have some gluten free and vegan options as well. Dar and her staff are amazing and are happy to answer any questions you may have. The quality of their products is outstanding and we are never left disappointed.
My personal favourites are the prime rib burgers and their homemade salmon dip.
If you find yourself in Elora, definitely find your way to Dar's Country Market. You will not be disappointed.

“The biker rides there every week for Caesar salad dressing.”

Friendly staff. Lots of ready made products, fresh deli and local made sauces, dressings and hot meals to go. It’s a great sign when the people shopping are in good spirits recommending their favourites. From people on a regular Saturday motorcycle ride to families traveling an hour to pick up seafood, I knew there was something to this place. Amazed that a rural market makes authentic both flavourful Jamaican patties and samosa. I didn’t get photos this time around. Will add pictures soon.this place deserves another visit. The biker rides there every week for Caesar salad dressing. The reviews seem to hype everything. I wasn’t disappointed and recommend you enter and try at least something that speaks to you.

We were in Elora for a wedding and popped into Dar's Country Markets for a few grocery items. What a delightful experience, from the friendly employees to the selection of unique local products! Wow this place is amazing. Still in recovery mode from loosing L&M months ago. I have lived in Elora for 5 years and never went to Dars but that all changed today when we wanted to make breakfast and needed more eggs. Came up with a bunch of stuff :)
Will be going back to this place more, just gets dangerous with the cost building up lol.
I can't believe how much awesome local food they sell here. Place is packed tight of awesome stuff. If you have never been there, go go go. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
