What we can do - Smoked meat: ribs, brisket, pork belly bites, smoked sausage, jerk chicken and jerk pork, cooked on our own smoker. - Platters: cheese and deli platters. - The rest of the table: sides, salads, dips, pies and butter tarts from the store.
